We used Heritage Nanny services to find us a Nanny in Calgary. Heritage Nanny was prompt to start the process when we completed registration. In our search for a nanny for our three children we chose to use the Heritage Nanny Agency. The placement coordinator walked us step by step through the process and answered all of our questions right away. She made the process very simple and easy for us to obtain a live-in-caregiver for our family. We were given many different resumes to look through based on our needs/wants and we were set up with phone interviews followed by skype interviews with our top choices. It was so much easier to make our decision when we were able to see and talk to the candidates in person. Following our decision Heritage Nanny did everything from helping us obtain a business number, doing up a contract for our nanny, helping us complete our LMIA including advertising for us on the job bank, and also walked our nanny through the process to obtain her work permit. Our caregiver safely arrived to our home at the end of January 2015 and is working out better than we could have ever imagined. She fits in so well with our family and has already established a strong bond with our children. I go back to work on Monday March 2, 2015 and our baby turns 3 months old on February 28, 2015. Knowing that my baby and other two children are going to be safe and well cared when I go back to work is such a great feeling.
