We make it easy to find the perfect nanny/caregiver/household personnel for your family. Hiring a full-time or part-time nanny or caregiver is like adopting a new family member. This is someone your children are going to see every day and likely fall in love with. It’s important that they’re amazing, trustworthy, caring, capable and completely the most incredible. This is no small task. That’s why we take it on.
We pre-screen nannies/caregivers/household personnel:
We only invite the best nannies or caregivers with the most extensive childcare experience to the interview table. To be interviewed, potential nannies and caregivers must provide:
- A completed and detailed application form
- Required at least 2-3 childcare-related references
- Proof of legal authorization to work in Canada (including photo ID)
- A Clear Criminal Record Check; Vulnerable sector check
- A current First Aid/CPR Certificate or proof of registration in an upcoming class
- Driver’s License and Driving Record (if applicable)
- Ensure that each nanny/caregiver has at least 12 months of experience (related) or education/training.
We interview each potential nanny or caregiver in person or video call. It’s important that we truly get to know our nannies and caregivers as human beings. So, we use this time to assess their values, personality, strengths and weaknesses.
Please note that the candidate’s references, a criminal record check; vulnerable sector check would be provided upon hiring, prior to the start of employment. In addition, a valid driving licence and driving record, if applicable.
We aim to match each family to the perfect childcare professional. When you can’t be with your child, we’ll find a local or overseas nanny/caregiver to provide the highest level of care possible. You can be rest assured that any nanny/caregiver you select from us is trustworthy, caring, and experienced. We Can Handle All Paper Work
For live in nannies/caregivers requiring a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), we can help you complete all paper work if required. We can complete all of your required paperwork and get the official steps started to hire your nanny/caregiver through the Live in nanny/caregiver program. We will require the employer to review, sign and send the documents back to us via fax or email.
