Fees & Costs

Thank you for your interest in Heritage Nanny. We specialize in placing nannies, caregivers and household personnel. All our nannies & caregivers currently live in Canada therefore expediting the process of hiring someone and having them work in your home. We also provide overseas  placement.

​The first step in engaging our services, is to make a commitment to HERITAGE NANNY. As the top nanny agency in Alberta, we are the leaders in the industry and our services are in high demand. We provide an intensive, personalized, time sensitive service to our clients who value our relationship. By taking the first step, you can be confident that Heritage Nanny team will provide you with the service you demand.

The next step is registering with us by filling out the Family Application Form Online. This information assists us in understanding your business needs or family dynamic, your expectations, your childcare or senior care history and basic requirements of your nanny, caregiver or household personnel.  Once we receive this form a $199 + plus GST deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the placement fee and is non-refundable should you chose to discontinue our services. Your customized search will begin immediately including frequent status updates followed by phone interviews.

of the employee’s total gross annual compensation package ($5,616 minimum) + GST. (Non-Drivers)

Premier Package Includes: The Preferred Package To The Left.

  • 365-Day Replacement Policy
  • Package includes one year of Payroll Services.

WE WOULD TAKE CARE OF:

  • Paying your employee via direct deposit
  • Submit time-sheet
  • Calculation of net and gross pay, taxes, CPP, and EI amounts
  • Remittance of all source deductions
  • Producing and filing T4s at tax time
  • Producing pay stubs and receipts each pay period
  • Completing Record of Employment (ROE) form
  • One Year of Complimentary one Temporary Employee to Fill-In During Your Employee’s Vacation Days Once a year (with required 15 days notice) (Complimentary agency fee. Client is expected to compensate the employee at her regular hourly rate.)

Optional: *Local and International Drivers (Additional 4% placement fee applies to all of our above packages)

To get started with Heritage Nanny Services an initial registration $199 + GST is required and will be credited towards final invoice upon hire.

TEMPORARY/SHORT TERM PLACEMENTS (FULL TIME HOURS)

1.  Month: $899 + GST
2. Months: $1,399 + GST
3. Months or longer is considered a permanent placement at the full fee.

Optional: * Local Drivers (Additional $699 applies to the temporary/short term placement fees)

PART TIME PLACEMENT
$1,799 + GST (work hours less than 30 hours per week: non-drivers)

Transportation Cost:

In a situation where the nanny or caregiver (worker) is not living in Canada, employer is responsible in paying their flight ticket.
