We Learn About You

We get to know you and your family’s needs. In our initial conversation, we’ll cover your weekly schedule, job responsibilities, childcare philosophies and the personal and professional qualities you’d like to see in your ideal nanny, caregiver or household staff.

We Find the Right Nannies

Based on your specific criteria, we personally match you with the nannies, caregivers or household staff most suitable for your position. After reviewing our represented candidates and determining who meets your needs, detailed profiles and short biographies for each candidate are e-mailed to you for your consideration.

We Schedule Interviews

We coordinate and schedule interviews with your favorite candidates. After the interview process, we follow up with both you and the candidates for detailed and confidential feedback.

We Walk You Through The Hiring Process

Once you have decided to make an offer to your future nanny, caregiver or household staff, we will walk you through the hiring process, educate you on your responsibilities as an employer, and coordinate any last-minute details.

We Provide Ongoing Support

After your hire, we are always here to answer questions. We stay in touch!

In our search for a nanny for our three children we chose to use the Heritage Nanny Agency. The placement coordinator walked us step by step through the process and answered all of our questions right away. She made the process very simple and easy for us to obtain a live-in-caregiver for our family. We were given many different resumes to look through based on our needs/wants and we were set up with phone interviews followed by skype interviews with our top choices. It was so much easier to make our decision when we were able to see and talk to the candidates in person. Following our decision Heritage Nanny did everything from helping us obtain a business number, doing up a contract for our nanny, helping us complete our LMIA including advertising for us on the job bank, and also walked our nanny through the process to obtain her work permit. Our caregiver safely arrived to our home at the end of January 2015 and is working out better than we could have ever imagined. She fits in so well with our family and has already established a strong bond with our children. I go back to work on Monday March 2, 2015 and our baby turns 3 months old on February 28, 2015. Knowing that my baby and other two children are going to be safe and well cared when I go back to work is such a great feeling.
