House Manager

– House Manager experience
– Housekeeping experience
– Managing the household’s schedules and calendars
– Event planning, organizing, and coordination
– Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
– Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
– Handling household bills and administrative duties
– Running errands and performing necessary tasks
– Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses
– Shopping for food, supplies, running errands and other requested items
– cleaning duties
– Cooking meals for the family
– Laundering and putting away clothing, or changing linens (Laundry & Clothes All kitchen towels)
– Oversight of an employer’s finances and valuables
– Carries out assigned daily food preparation as scheduled
– Ensures that all foods are presented in a standardized and acceptable form
– Ensure that all areas are kept clean and secure where applicable
– Ensures that all equipment is in good working order and maintained in a clean manner
– Assist on inventory controls, orders, and scheduling.
– Able to organize/supervise events
– Demonstrate the ability to work on inventory controls
– Be reliable
– Police check required
– Driver’s licence
